We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly request our customers to review their orders prior to submitting. If you need to change your shipping address, please email customercare@roberttalbott.com as soon as possible.
FedEx Ground Economy is free to our customers, and allows Robert Talbott to have a 10-day window delivery policy from the date the order is shipped. With expedited delivery, available at an additional expense, the delivery window is calculated at checkout based on your expedited delivery selection.
At this time, we only ship to within the United States.
Currently, we do not provide gift-wrapping or gift notes for orders placed through our website.
Returns & Exchanges
Robert Talbott accepts online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. For more return information, click here.
Items marked as Final Sale can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same style, based on availability. Please note that refunds are not available for these items. We're happy to help you find the perfect fit!

For most return requests, the moment your return package is received at our return center for inspection, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original method of payment.
Discount codes cannot be combined. Please note that certain discounts do have set expirations dates, and codes that are no longer valid will not be able to be used within the system.

You can find the size guide on each of our product description pages. Just select “View Size Guide” and it will show you that item’s relevant measurements.
Our products are designed in a modern American fit and true to size. For Shirts, if you are a longtime Robert Talbott customer, please order one size up for the fit to which you are accustomed.

We currently do not offer alterations or tailoring services.
We offer free size exchanges if an item does not fit. Size returns are accepted only for unworn, unwashed conditions with original tags attached. Please click here to initiate an exchange.

Using a mix of artistry and science, hand-guided work is combined with high technology to ensure quality and precision. Stress points such as buttonholes and zippers are sewn hand-guided, pressing is done by hand, fabric is cut in low piles, laser and computer guided. Learn more about our craftsmanship here.
