Returns and Exchanges Policy

Need to return a gift?  Our extended holiday return policy makes it easier. Purchases made between November 18, 2024, through December 15, 11:59 PM, can be returned through January 15, 2025. All orders placed after December 15, 2024, will have the standard 30 days.

Robert Talbott accepts online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all related accessories included. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Items labeled as Final Sale on our website are not eligible for returns. However, you can exchange them for a different size or color of the same style, if available. If a return is attempted for an item that doesn't meet these criteria, it will unfortunately be declined.

Return & Exchange instructions

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Portal at the following link, Return Portal, where you will be able to create a return label as well as easily exchange your purchase for a new item. All returns will be charged a $15.00 return fee, deducted from the merchandise credit at the time the return is accepted at the warehouse. There is no return fee on exchanges.
